Sunset 3 July 2021 - ALISON MORRIS

Loved watching over the City at sunset, quite peaceful tonight as most people were indoors watching the England match!  The rain started and over on the East it grew darker and the rain lashed on the window, over on the West it was still light and I watched the heavy rain fall into the pond in Queens Gardens.  People were spilling out of the pub when England scored!  It was a cloudy night so not much of a sunset but as I left the Vigil the red sky peeked through.  A lovely experience.
