Sunrise 4 November - Louise Nellen

The Hull Vigil experience has been a privilege and pleasure.  I could write a thousand-page essay on my thoughts and feelings that I experienced during my hour-long sunrise vigil but instead I will summarise and my overwhelming feeling I will take away with me today is:

Although the city and landscape have hardly changed over the last 30 years or so, it’s the attitude of the people in Hull and how the outside world views this fantastically unique place that has dramatically changed for the better, to me, that is what’s important! :)
