Sunrise 4 March - Claire Whitby

What a wonderful, rainy, foggy morning!  A limited view, no spectacular sunrise but a chance to experience the subtle changes and nuances that turn night to day.  How lucky and privileged we are to live (mostly) free from persecution and fear in our city.  How lucky am I to be able to be a part of it.  At ground level it is easy to forget how much a part of the larger ‘we’ we are.  Up here it was much easier to reflect.  Although grey, colour shone throughout (mostly hi-vis from cyclists in the dark!).
