Sunrise 15 July 2021 - DONNA WILLIAMS

What a privilege to see such a huge fiery sun rise above the horizon in its full glory.  I was emotional and felt so blessed.  I ushered the day with a sun salutation, welcoming the warmth and depth of colour.  St Swithin’s Day today but looks like no rain will drop.  I was drawn to the East of the city as it became enveloped in the wonderful glow.  I am so proud to be watching my city come to life, wake up.  I was born and have lived all my life in Hull, but this showed me a perspective that I had not seen before.  What an amazing city and what an amazing experience.
