Sunrise 13 October - Jack Lawrence Rimmington

Last summer I told myself that it was important to see more sunrises and sunsets to enjoy the daily things in life which we often take for granted but are actually quite beautiful.  After a friend had mentioned to me about the Vigil I saw this as the perfect chance to participate and enjoy one of these special moments, on this Wednesday 13th October 2021 what would have been my grandad’s 79th birthday.  I used this opportunity to truly reflect on the happiness and great memories we build in our lives along with the sad ones too, of course.  I often believe that everything happens for a reason and this beautiful yet crisp morning was meant to be – moody yet full of life, our vibrant city coming alive as the minutes passed by.  Thank you for this truly special opportunity and moment.
