Sunset 7 October - Hilary Stephenson

Lovely to watch over the city that has looked after me since I arrived here 50 years ago.  Enjoyed watching the busy city, the people bustling about their various lives and the lights slowly coming on.  Lots of memories come flooding back because of the buildings and locations that I could see including the university, Hull Fair and the beautiful old buildings in the town centre.  I was surprised by the amount of greenery to the north and enjoyed watching the pink gradually fade from the sky near the Humber Bridge only for there to be gorgeous light over the Humber River to the south.  A thoroughly enjoyable experience that passed all too quickly.
