Sunrise 8 December - Charis Scott-Holm

As I watched the sun rising I realised I had never seen a full sunrise before.  It made me think about how easy it is to overlook new beginnings – and about the beauty of a new day – and fresh starts.  I loved being able to look out over Hull and see the places where I’ve made new memories – first dates, new friendships, lots of laughter and some amazing new experiences.  It was great to take an hour to think about all the wonderful things I’ve done since moving to the city and made me wonder about what is still to come.
