Sunrise 19 November - Hazel Burnham

Seconds after the tip of the full moon set over the horizon the tip of the sun appeared in the opposite direction.  A perfect start to . . .

Sharing space with gulls, ducks, pigeons, wasps.

Small birds only made it half way.

  • Rubbing shoulders – or as near as possible – with Wilberforce on his own vigil of Hull for years past and years to come.
  • Above the hustle and bustle of rush hour all is peace and calm with me whilst people below rush hither and thither.
  • Sunlight through autumn leaves.
  • Red reflections on sunkissed windows.
  • Did anyone else see the UFO cloud? Probably only me on my vigil.

One hour, many memories.  Thank you.
