Sunrise 14 October - Paul Holloway

A grey, blank sky today so no sun to see!  That somehow made people-watching less of a guilty pleasure.  I want to know who the girl was waiting 40 minutes for, what the chap in blue was reading and what topic was being debated so animatedly in the Peace Garden.  The seagulls looked purposefully aimless, chasing each other around the park, up the river and around a woodyard, while the pigeons look like they are always running from something.  Meanwhile, the walkers turned to joggers, the amblers to striders and the day gathered pace.  Thank you – I enjoyed that a lot!
