I can’t say I had any lofty thoughts but it gave me a fresh perspective on the city I love – a living canvas.  I saw things I’d never noticed before – that great bend in the River Humber for starters.  It was quite surreal watching the HGVs on the A63 at the same time as three vessels passed each other on the river.  However, I realise that I would never be successful at solitary confinement – there was plenty of tuneless humming going on and dancing from one foot to the other!
